The University of Udine (UniUD) is the legal entity acting as contractor for this project. Franco Fabbro, the PI at UniUD, is a full professor of Child and Adolescence Neuropsychiatry at the University of Udine.

A variety of neuroimaging techniques are used at UniUD, employing structural, diffusion, spectroscopy, functional, and perfusion acquisitions integrated with psychosocial, cognitive, immunological, and genetic investigations. Also, machine learning procedures, which will be used in PRONIA, have been implemented in schizophrenia by our group, being one of the first international laboratory to apply such techniques to psychiatric imaging. Currently, at UniUD we are leading or co-leading national multicentre studies in major psychoses and autism.

As per this project we will collaborate with the Psychiatric Clinic (Director: Prof. Balestrieri) of the Academic Hospital of Udine.
