How to use ECNP Proposal Generator

Step 1. Fill out proposal form
Start your proposal by fill out the proposal form.
On the main menu, click "PROPOSAL" button to access the panel.
Once the form is completed, make sure to click "SAVE FORM" button before closing the panel.

Step 2. Select meta data
Meta data are information which narrow down the range of participants for your analysis.
On the main menu, click "META DATA" button to access the panel.
To select a data item, just simply tick the checkbox of the item you are interested in.
Once done, make sure to click "SAVE SELECTIONS" button before closing the panel.

Step 3. Select scientific data
The scientific data are divided into Clinical data and Image data, currently only Clinical data are available.
Clinical DATA refers to all types of questionnaires and test results.
IMAGE DATA refers to all types of data collected through various medical imaging techniques.
click the associated buttons on the main menu to access the panels, tick the checkbox of the item you are interested in to select it.
Once done, make sure to click "SAVE SELECTIONS" button before closing the panel.
Some scientific data domains allow a more detailed partial selection method to select exact question or parameter from the datasets.

Step 4. Generate proposal
After you are happy with your data selections, click "GENERATE PROPOSAL" button on the main menu.
In this panel, you will find an overview of all the data items you have selected.
Double check whether you have made all the correct selections.
When you are sure that the data selections are correct, click "DOWNLOAD PROPOSAL" at the bottom of the panel.
Clicking these will download the proposal form in .doc format to your local computer.

Step 5. Sending files
Please send the proposal form you downloaded from our site to us per email with the tile 'ECNP research proposal' followed by the current date.
This concludes your proposal application.

Please be patient while we approve and process your proposal, we will contact you by the email address you used to sent the files.

Proposal Detail

In this window you should provide the necessary details about your research project.
If you don't have a supervisor, please write your own name in the associated field.
Please fill in every item marked with * in order for your proposal to be processed.

Meta Data

Meta data are information which narrows down the range of participants for your analysis.
Some items from Auxiliary_Information are mandatory for certain data types, and will be selected automatically.
Attention: at least 1 item from each of the 2 tables Centre, Diagnostic groups have to be selected.

Submission Overview

All of the currently selected items from your data request will be displayed here.
Make sure that you have saved your selections from the sub-menus. Please double check in the table below if the selections are what you desire.

Once you have confirmed your data selections, please click Download Proposal to download the proposal form in csv format.
